✨ My Journey: From Head of retail Department of a Bank (2014-2019)
I graduated from a well-known university in Vietnam in 2014 and began my career as a financial consultant. Three years later, I was promoted to Head of the Retail Banking Department, where I built strong client relationships and developed strategic thinking skills.
I became one of the youngest mid-level managers in the company at the time—a result of thinking outside the box and embracing innovation early on.
What set me apart was my early use of digital marketing techniques. I created fanpages, built online networks, and attracted potential customers using digital tools—not just traditional approaches. These efforts led to rapid promotions and notable achievements.
To Sale and Marketing Leader in Le Tran Ltd. (2019-2023)
The owner was once a client of mine during my banking days.
2019 was right after the COVID-19 pandemic, and consumer habits changed dramatically—they shifted to online shopping up to 90-95% instead of going to stores to browse and compare like before. I realized this and told him that he should develop the online segment, build a website, and implement SEO and SEA because everything had changed.
Of course, he trusted me. The company hired me and assigned me to manage 17 people and later I recruited 3 more marketing staff, forming a very cohesive and well-coordinated team.

I built 2 e-commerce websites for my company, along with 10 satellite websites, and helped them rank top 1 for the best sales keywords. I focused all my efforts on creating relevant content, and after one year, we achieved resounding success.

In reality, it also involved some failures. Initially, we made a mistake by spending too much money on overly broad keywords. Realizing the issue, I changed the strategy, and after one year, we ranked at the top for all keywords with the highest conversion rates.
Thanks to that solid foundation, the website still holds the top 1 position in the field to this day
In addition to focusing on the online market, we have applied our sales expertise to engage high-value clients—such as schools, hospitals, and strategic partners—through offline channels. Our integrated sales programs have successfully attracted returning customers and retained new ones. These efforts have resulted in sales totaling 1.5 million Euros.

To Personal Branding ✨✨✨
My Journey as a content creator
About 8 years ago, I started building my personal brand with a Facebook fanpage that grew to 170,000 followers. But a year ago, the page was hacked. I had to submit countless requests to Facebook before finally reclaiming the page. The hacker posted irrelevant content, and the engagement dropped completely.
After that, I launched a TikTok channel and committed to posting daily. In just few months, I gained 20,000 followers. My YouTube channel currently has around 10,000 subscribers.
I also created two Facebook groups to give my audience a space where they feel encouraged to share their real stories and opinions. It’s a simple but powerful strategy—when people post directly in the group, it builds trust and engagements. Plus, I never run out of content ideas, because their insights and experiences constantly inspire fresh, relatable posts.


Through this journey, I’ve learned a lot:
- Consistency is everything: Post daily and share content your audience wants to see
- Hook viewers immediately: The first 3 seconds of a video
- Replicate success: If a video goes viral, build on it. Keep the same hook and storytelling format, just swap in fresh content.
- Keep learning: Algorithms are constantly evolving.
